Automation transport solution allows consistent and managed transports based on Automic Automation functions. Individual, personalized and context-related transport requests that prevent object versions from being mixed up by possible parallel transports. Already defined transport requests can be reused up to a final confirmation of the completeness and functionality of the transported objects. Finally an easy to use fallback functionality is included to roll back target system after unwanted transport. Finally all transports can be archived and reviewed for auditing.

Specifications
For the realization of cross-client or cross-system transports, Automic Automation offers a transport mechanism for loading and unloading objects or complete environments (transport case). This mechanism does not allow personalized or schedulable transport processes. Each transport must always be performed individually.
Conflicts may occur when using the transport process at the same time. For example, using the transport functionality of several users can lead to a mixing of the data to be exported. In this case, transport objects are only provided with a single transport flag and cannot be additionally assigned to a specific context. This means that all objects of a client intended for transport are subject of same context, independent of the user or further criteria.
The Automic transport solution provided by Tricise extend the main transport functionality. This allows personalized and scheduled transports based on a new layer called transport order. The underneath processes are still based on the transport mechanisms provided by Automic Automation.
