Features

The Mail Solution allows customers to monitor an Inbox and then parses the subject or body of an email. If a pattern is recognized, jobs or workflows can be launched. This eliminates manual operations tasks to perform such tasks. This will allow for seamless integration and allows for automation of internal processes.

• Read only specific emails based on subject and/or body using regular expressions
• Parse messages based on user defined rules
• Save attachments to designated locations to be as input to automated processes
• Restart, unblock, or cancel tasks based on email
• Create custom triggers
