Oracle Utilities Solution

Oracle Utilities is a suite of applications for the Utility sector including meter reading data, customer billing, payments processing and other critical activities. This Packaged Solution allows for the batch processing of this functionality.

Features

The Oracle Utility integration allows customers to manage their Utility applications, the most common being Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). This Packaged Solution provides a mechanism to import CC&B base jobs into Automic along with parameter values. The solution will track jobs submissions, which can be single java processes, but most of the time there are multiple java processes (threads) that allow for large batch processing.
