For more than a decade the customer has been using iDash SLA management tool from Broadcom. Following the introduction of AAI and its features such as single pane of glass across various schedulers they wanted to benefit from the advantages of migrating from iDash to AAI. Due to our expertise in WLA, we were brought in to assist the customer.
