For a major enterprise with a legacy vSphere 8 environment on perpetual licenses, we implemented VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2 on Dell vSAN Ready Nodes. Our team delivered a full lifecycle project, including assessment, design, implementation, migration of ~1,200 VMs via VMware HCX, integration of VMware Aria Suite, and structured knowledge transfer.
